Our refund policy for GetSkrive subscriptions and purchases.

1. Merchant of Record
All payments for GetSkrive are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means that when you purchase a subscription, your transaction is handled by Paddle, and Paddle's billing terms apply to your purchase.
As Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all refund requests are processed by Paddle in accordance with their refund policy.
2. Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund. Refund requests should be made by contacting our support team or Paddle directly.
Paddle will process your refund in accordance with their consumer terms. If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the initial transaction without giving any reason, as outlined in Paddle's consumer right to cancel policy.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
3. Subscriptions
GetSkrive subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for future billing periods after cancellation.
- You retain access to paid features until the current period ends.
If you wish to request a refund for a subscription payment, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with Paddle to process your request.
