Terms of Service

By accessing or using GetSkrive (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, team members, and organization administrators. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

GetSkrive is a professional email signature and document signature creation and management platform. The Service allows users to:

• Create and customize professional email signatures using templates or the drag-and-drop editor.
• Create document signatures for use in contracts, letters, and other documents.
• Export signatures for use in email clients including Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo, and Thunderbird.
• Auto-inject signatures into email clients using the Chrome extension.
• Track click analytics on signature links including geographic and device data.
• Schedule banner campaigns to display promotional content in signatures.
• Use AI-powered tools for bio generation, style recommendations, and CTA suggestions.
• Share signatures with team members and manage teams within organizations.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute spam, malware, phishing content, or other harmful material.
• Create signatures that contain misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization.

GetSkrive offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• All payments are processed securely through Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle's terms and privacy policy apply to payment transactions.
• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then.
• Plan downgrades take effect at the next billing period. You retain your current plan features until then.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored at their current rate until renewal.
• Refunds are handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Plan Features

Feature availability varies by plan (Free, Pro, Team). Current plan details and limits are displayed on our pricing page. We may modify plan features with reasonable notice.

GetSkrive provides AI-powered features including website data extraction, bio generation, style recommendations, and CTA suggestions. By using these features, you acknowledge:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your use case.
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before using it in your signatures.
• AI features are powered by third-party providers (OpenAI) and are subject to their terms of service and usage policies.
• We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of AI features and may modify or discontinue them at any time.
• You should not submit sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information to AI features.

GetSkrive offers team and organization features for collaborative signature management. When using these features:

• Team Owners are responsible for managing team membership and shared content. Only team owners can create and edit signatures shared within the team.
• Team Members can view and use shared signatures but cannot modify them. Members inherit access to features available under the team owner's plan.
• Organization Administrators can manage multiple teams and have administrative access across the organization.
• Team owners are responsible for ensuring all team members comply with these Terms.
• If a team subscription is cancelled or downgraded, member access to premium features will be affected accordingly.
• Invite codes should be shared only with intended team members. You are responsible for managing access to your teams.

The Service, including its design, interface, features, templates, and underlying code, is owned by GetSkrive and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without authorization.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of the content you create using our Service, including your signatures, uploaded images, and custom designs. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Templates: Our signature templates are provided for use within the Service only. You may not extract, redistribute, or resell templates separately from the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetSkrive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content.
• The rendering or display of signatures across different email clients or devices.
• Loss of data due to account deletion or service interruption.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to compromised credentials.
• Actions of third-party services integrated with the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
• Your signatures will no longer be accessible or functional.
• Shared signatures and public share links will be deactivated.
• Click tracking and analytics data associated with your signatures will no longer be collected.
• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through a prominent notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should discontinue use of the Service and delete your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
